Where are you located?

We are in Parker, Colorado.

What is your minimum quantity?

Unless otherwise stated, minimum quantity is one.

Will you print on my product?

In an effort to protect our customers from potential issues that can arise during the printing process, and to ensure we provide the highest level of service and quality in our work, it is our policy not to engrave materials supplied by customers.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

We offer a wide range of products to choose from and would be happy to offer an alternative.

Do you charge setup fees?

We do not charge setup fees and personalization is FREE!

Do you offer bulk pricing?

Yes we do. Bulk pricing varies by product and quantity. Please contact us for more info.

How do I care for my products?

Do you work with other retailers?

Is your glassware laser engraved?

Our glassware is etched using a sandblaster. Sand carved glassware is more durable, and the etch is deeper and higher quality than laser engraved glass.

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS

Do you need a specific file type for my logo?

For the highest quality imprint, vector artwork is preferred. This can be EPS, CDR, AI, or SVG. If the original vector file was converted to a PDF, that will also work.

For laser engraved products, we need your artwork to be RGB black and white only, no grey tones or color.

Can you print in color?

Yes. We can print in color using our direct to substrate UV printer. For full color printing, we require vector files and CMYK color profile.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

What is your turnaround time?

Most orders will ship within 1-3 business. Promotional product and bulk orders are unique to your specific needs and production times may vary.

Do you ship orders?

Yes we do—we ship nationwide.

How long does shipping take?

All orders ship from our facility in Parker, CO. During checkout, you can select standard or expedited shipping, with transit times varying based on your chosen method and destination. Most orders arrive within 3-4 business days after leaving our facility, though deliveries to the North and Southeast regions may take 5-6 business days.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order by following the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or by logging into the Account Page.

Can I cancel my order?

Contact us immediately! If we haven’t started processing your order, we’re happy to issue a refund.

However, please keep in mind that orders are sent to production as soon as they’re placed to ensure fast turnaround times. Since most orders ship within one business day, we may not always be able to accommodate cancellations.

I am in the Denver Metro area, can I pick my order up?

Absolutely! We offer local pickup and delivery options. Both options are available during the checkout process.

What is your return policy?

Due to the custom/personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
