Order Fulfillment Timeline

Processing Time:
Our processing time includes order verification, customization, quality control, and packaging. Most orders enter production within 2–3 business days of being placed.

Please note:
Orders requiring logo or graphic proofing, as well as bulk or highly customized projects, may experience longer processing times. Delays in proof approval may also extend the production timeline, so we recommend reviewing and approving proofs promptly to avoid fulfillment delays.

Shipping Time:
Once your order has been produced and leaves our facility, standard shipping typically takes 3–10 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. While we aim to meet all estimated delivery windows, shipping times may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
