Refund policy

At Black Diamond Laser Design, we take great care in creating personalized products tailored to your specifications.

Your product is custom-made and branded specifically for you. Because of that, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind or buyer's remorse. We encourage you to carefully review all logos, designs, and personalized information before submitting your order. All custom order sales are final.

Order Cancellation Policy:
Due to the custom nature of our products, once design work, proof preparation, or material allocation has begun, orders are locked into production and cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified. 

Return Eligibility for Damaged or Defective Items:
Returns, refunds, or replacements are strictly limited to instances of manufacturing defects, printing errors, or items damaged during transit. 

Shipping & Transit Damage: While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, carrier issues can occur. Damage incurred during shipping must be reported to our support team within 7 days of delivery with photographic proof of both the damaged product and the shipping packaging.

Production Errors: If your product does not match the finalized design specifications you provided, please notify us within 14 days of receipt with detailed photos. 

Verified defective or transit-damaged items reported within these structural timeframes will be completely replaced or corrected at zero additional cost to the customer.
