Refund policy

At Black Diamond Laser Design, we take great care in creating personalized products tailored to your specifications.

Your product is custom-made and/or branded specifically for you. Because of that, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for non-defective items. We encourage you to carefully review all logos, designs, and personalized information before submitting your order.

Custom orders involve design time, proof preparation, material allocation, and setup before production begins. Due to this, in limited cases, and solely at our discretion, we may offer store credit for a canceled order that has not yet entered production. Store credit is not guaranteed and may be reduced to account for any design, proofing, setup, material, or production costs already incurred.

Damaged Items:
While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, unforeseen issues may occur during shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement.

Order Errors:
We strive for accuracy in every order, but in the rare event that your item does not match the specifications you provided, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly review the details and provide a replacement if necessary.
