What does “Simplified Pricing” mean?
Many promotional products are advertised with a low per-unit price, but
additional fees are often added later (such as setup, run charges, proof fees,
etc). Our simplified pricing provides an all-in price upfront so you know what
to expect before ordering.

Will I receive a proof prior to production? Yes, all orders include a proof sent to the email on your order for approval prior to production. Your order will not move forward until approval is received.

Why do some products require a quote, but I can checkout directly on the website for others?
Some products are produced in-house, which allows us to offer faster turnaround and direct checkout pricing. Other items are fulfilled through our curated vendor partners to give you access to a much larger catalog of promotional products. Because vendor pricing can vary based on quantity, decoration method, and availability, those items require a quick quote to ensure accurate pricing.
